What Are Your Values?
Your values make you who you are.

Values are something which are desirable and worthy of  your esteem. Values help man to live in harmony with the world.

Values are the things that you believe are important in the way you live, spend time and you work. They help you make major decisions of life, whether selecting spouse or making career decisions or priortizing work life balance.

Values are the virtues that guide us to take into account the human element when we interact with other human beings. They are the values that permit us to live together in harmony, and personnally contribute to peace.

Values are our guidelines for our success - our paradigm about what is acceptable. Success, behaviours and values are interlinked.  Human behavior depends on the characters that defines the identity, and top it with choosing the values you hold, with the positive beliefs, and the end result is success. Values are who you are even when no one is watching and behavior is based on what we value the most - truthfulness, love, compassion, generosity, kindness, respect, service, freedom of choice, integrity, friendship, gratefulness, and so on.

Knowing values, you can determine your priorities. Sometimes the values match the work you do and then you are happy and satisfied. But sometimes we compromise on values while we work, and then it becomes the source of unhappiness. That's why it is important to list your values.

How to find your values?

Identifying and understanding your values is a challenging and important exercise. Your personal values are a central part of who you are – and who you want to be. By becoming more aware of these important factors in your life, you can use them as a guide to make the best choice in any situation.
