Know yourself
By Roop Lakhani - 16:57:00
How your mother spoke to you became your inner voice.
How your father treated your mother quietly shaped your understanding of love—even when love was missing.
How your mother treated you taught you how you would treat yourself.
How your father worked became your early understanding of self-worth through effort, responsibility, and recognition.
How your mother handled her emotions taught you how to handle yours—
whether to express them, suppress them, avoid them, or carry them silently.
How your parents treated each other,
whether they spoke with respect or fought in pain—
became your blueprint for conflict, trust, safety, and closeness.
You just did not only learn how to crawl and walk at home.
You learned how to speak—or remain silent.
How to trust—or stay guarded.
How to communicate—or withdraw.
How to be seen—or disappear.
How to suffer.
How to abandon yourself.
Your personality was shaped long before you consciously knew who you were.
Yet healing is possible.
You can reconnect with the fragmented parts of yourself.
You can meet yourself with compassion.
You can create healthier relationships and inner peace.
Self-discovery is not about fixing yourself.
It is about remembering who you truly are beneath the conditioning.
If you feel called to know yourself more deeply,
to awaken through self-realisation,
you may message me.
I would be honoured to guide you on this journey-Journey of knowing yourself, discover and rediscover yourself, get aware and heal yourself
