Redefine yourself

Redefining You: Choice, Change, and Action – Today

You are not your past.
You are not your patterns.
You are not your pain.
You are not even your personality – that too was shaped by survival.

You are energy in motion.
You are a soul in evolution.
You are a field of infinite possibility.

So why define yourself by yesterday?

Every label you’ve carried — shy, loud, emotional, over-giving, stubborn, insecure, too much, not enough —
is not who you are.
It’s who you learned to be to belong, to survive, to be loved.

But today…

You get to undefine yourself.

Undefine the idea that you can’t change.
Undefine the story that you’re too late, too old, too broken.
Undefine the belief that your worth is tied to approval, productivity, or perfection.

Choice happens now.
Change begins with one inner yes.
Action starts with the tiniest step aligned with your truth.

Ask yourself:

Who am I without my roles, masks, and fears?

What am I ready to choose differently today?

What one action can I take that aligns with who I want to become?

What old truth am I willing to release to make space for new possibility?

You’re not stuck — you’re in transition.
You’re not broken — you’re remembering.
You’re not lost — you’re realigning.

Undefine yourself.
Choose again.
Change with love.
Act from your soul.

Because today is not just another day.
It’s a new permission slip for who you were always meant to be.

Let’s build on that soulfully, Undefining and Redefining You: Choice, Change, and Action – Today.

Access Consciousness Questions

(Use these to unhook your mind from fixed realities and open up energy for change.)

What definitions of me am I still holding onto that are limiting what I can receive?

What energy, space, and consciousness can I be to choose beyond my past today?

Who am I beyond the stories, judgments, and roles I bought as real?

What have I made so vital about being the ‘old me’ that keeps me from changing?

What invention am I using to define myself the way others need me to be?

What would it take to allow myself to outcreate the version of me I thought I had to be?

Clearing Statement (optional to use after the question)
“Everything that is, I now destroy and uncreate it all. Right and wrong, good and bad, POC and POD, all 9, shorts, boys, POVADs and beyond.”

Reflective Questions for Journaling

Who did I believe I had to be to be loved, accepted, or safe?

What version of me is asking to be released — not because it was wrong, but because I’ve outgrown it?

What part of me feels afraid to choose something different? What does that part need from me?

What are 3 ways I can choose differently today — with kindness and courage?

If I didn’t fear failure, rejection, or judgment — what would I choose now?

What does my soul want me to act on today?
