Have a garbage free day

Do you know the garbage van team, they do such a great work, they clean up the mess even when it stinks so much!

The garbage van team, they often comes to pick up everyday garbage from your building. Many atimes they keep spilling lots of garbage on the way. Some would be smiling and some would complain you with a frown,  'why don't you keep your garbage ready', if he sees no garbage bins ready around your building. They may also ne kind or they may leave your empty dustbin with no great heart. If we complain to them, they may not even come next day to clear the garbage.

I had a client, she would call me only when she had complains for her parents, for her boyfriend. She would call me mostly for the mother's complains.

One day I was asking her, ' do they complain of you?'
She was speechless but she answered 'yes, i am sure they would also.' she could reply honestly.

I said, 'aren't you tired complaining for so many years?'

She started having more release of her frustrations and pent up resentment with this question. May be she was just not tolerant or may be she had her own expectations or may be she was too idealistic or perfectionist

I asked her to pause and think on one question:
If not now, then when would you take some necessary action so that you don't have complain?
If not now, then when can you accept others as well as yourself?
If not now, then when would you choose life, life with fun, life without complains?

There she goes into her deep thinking... And today her life is much better

Many people are like Garbage Trucks. They run around full of garbage, full of frustration, full of anger, and full of disappointment. As their garbage piles up, they need a place to dump it, and if you let them, they'll dump it on you.  When someone tries to dump on you, don't take it personally. Instead, just smile, wave, wish them well, and move on. You'll be happier because you did.

By refusing to let others dump their “garbage” (negativity, anger, resentment) on us—and letting it “pass by” instead—we become happier and more successful, both personally and professionally. And when we stop dumping garbage on others, we improve our relationships, strengthen our businesses, and bring our communities together.

My reflection thoughts
Today check,
What would you do to be a happy person?
When would you stop blaming others for your happiness?
What would you do to take powers in your own hand?
What would you do to be responsible for creating life of your choice?

 Have a garbage free day!
