Self-care is an important activity to do every day. But one size cannot fit all. How do we self care in fifth dimension of profession? Let's look at it!

Your profession is a meaningful activity you do throughout the course of a day for your living. It is impacted by interaction between people, activity, skills, and attributes of the individual and the environment. You can be student, housewife, boss, employee...

 Practicing self-care while at work, and adopting self-care practices that lead to a healthy work-life balance will make you more productive in your career and less stressed. 

1. Do deep breathing when you are stessed. Take short breaks at work especially if you sit at a desk most of the day
2. Enjoy your lunch break - don’t eat at your desk. Step away.
3. Leave work at work when you go home
4. Use your vacation days and sick days
5. Learn to say “no” appropriately
6. Make supportive relationships with likeminded coworkers
7. Learn your trade well, upgraade your skills timely
8. If you are a student, get your degree, be mastering your subject.
9. If you are employee, make yourself capable for a promotion, take on a task you enjoy, be friendly to your colleagues, talk to your boss with much respect
10. If you are a businessman, talk to your staff, care for them, know their problems
11. If you are a housewife, care for your family members, nurture and nourish the loved ones
12. If you are a child, play, learn, share, care
14. If you are professional, upgrade yourself timely, talk to your clients politely, give them right advice, be ethical
