Self-care is an important activity to do every day. But one size cannot fit all. How do we self care in eighth dimension of spiritual? Let's look at it!

Spiritual self care activities are the ones that nurtures your spirit and allows you to think bigger than yourself. Spiritual self care does not have to be religious, although for some it is.

1. Do Meditation, yoga, mudra, pranayams
2. Do dedicate time for self-reflection, emotional balance, positive thoughts
3. Pray regularly lighting a diya and connect for connection with Divine Higher Powers.  Spread your light and illuminate your soul as well as others
4. Be mindful, be grateful, be forgiving, be accepting, be appreciative
5. Find your pathways towards your higher purpose and meaning, 
6. Help those in need, help poor people, give lots of love and guidance to children
7. Keep positive attitude, ups and downs are part of life.
8. Spend some time with orphanage kids, old age homes
9. Negative emotions creates soul loss, work on positive emotions for soul upliftement
10.customise your own ideas for your spiritual upliftment
