We are social beings. Bonding, connection, care, mutual affection, cooperation, harmonious communication,    positive attitude and more is required with people whom we intetact daily. 

Maintaining healthy social connections with friends and family yields many emotional and psychological benefits. It’s vital for combating loneliness, dealing with stress, and just having fun! These are all essential for seeing you through difficult times and also staying in touch with the light-hearted parts of your life. 

1. Meet up with friends and family regularly, talk with them if meeting Then is not possible
2. Keep in contact with old friends, call them once a while
3. Volunteer, socialise with like minded people, go out, have fun
4. Engage in healthy social media use, exude positivity
5. Utilize technology when distance is a factor, learn appropriate technology and keep updated
6. Have a laugh, fun filled time with your loved ones, play games, talk, and connect
7. Help elderly old people, give them company, offer your services, divide your time well
8. Your children requires your guidance and love, give them endless
9. Be positive on social media comments, respect other people's dignity
