Do you require 8 hours of sleep? Or less or more?
We have too many distractions before going off to sleep but we know that adequate sleep is vital to good health, brain function, and emotional well-being. It boosts your immune system, protects you from heart problems, improves mood, makes you feel look better, keeps your craving in control, it burns calories, and keeps weight in check
 Few tips to help you build a better sleep routine:
 ⭐Go to bed and wake up at the same time every day, including weekends.
⭐Reserve the hour before bed as quiet time. 
⭐Take refreshing bath, meditate, chant read, or do something relaxing. Avoid heavy eating and drinking, avoid TV watching, mobile games, avoid taking nap in the evening
⭐Keep your bedroom dark, cool, and quiet.
⭐Invest in some good bedding, mattress, pillow, cover, feel cozy and comfortable.
⭐Take short nap of 20 mins when sleepy
⭐If you consistently have problems sleeping, talk to your doctor. You may have a sleep disorder requiring treatment.
