Today do this few steps to increase the auric energy
Go to the mirror, take a moment and connect to yourself.
Look into those beautiful eyes and let that person know how wonderful it is to have known him/ her.
Let that person know that he/ she is forgiven for holding negativity created by self as well as thrown by others... Let the person feel accepted the way he is..let him know that the past is over and there is no need to carry emotional baggage s to feel weighed down...
It's matter of creating new beginning throwing up old unwanted stuff.
Then spread your arms and give yourself a hug and say the below mentioned affirmations

"Each day brings me joy and fun"
"Day by day I am becoming healthier and wealthier"
You can add some more, and say these aloud and see how it feels.
